Information we may collect

We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, app settings, device diagnostics, support messages, collection data, inventory data, and scan photos or derived scan results when you choose to use Brick Vision^™.

How we use information

We use information to operate the app, provide catalog and inventory features, sync or restore customer data, improve scan quality, answer support requests, process billing through approved payment providers, and send messages when the customer has allowed us to do so.

Photos and scan data

Photos used for scanning may be processed to identify pieces, detect errors, improve review workflows, or troubleshoot support requests. We do not sell customer scan photos.

Customer control

Customers may contact support@brickfinderapp.com to request help, account review, or deletion of account data where required by law.

Children

Brick Finder^™ is not directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians should manage app use for minors.
